Your pots will be packaged & labelled with MACRO counts, allergens and a use by date your name on it.

We can also deliver our delicious flavoursome nutritious meals direct to your doorstep to the local surrounding area for a small fee.

All meals are based around a healthy balanced diet, using fresh locally sourced ingredients wherever possible.

We recommend you keep meals refrigerated for 3 days but never fear they can be frozen.

Special dietary needs such as cutting, bulking, GF, Vegan are catered for by arrangement and a consultation.
